Charmed I'm Sure

Judy included this quilt in many of her lectures. Her notes say “I’m convinced that the best way for quilters to become adept at combining printed fabrics is to make a charm quilt. This one contains 1064 different fabrics, and was made back in the olden days when I only had 300 or so different prints on my shelves. I had to scrabble to get enough different fabrics, and I had to actually use everything I could find. Solving the problems created by having to include some really horrible prints was extremely enlightening! One fabric appears twice in this quilt—something I didn’t notice until I was quilting it. Can you find it? It’s blue.” This quilt appeared in Judy’s books Rotary Roundup and 101 Fabulous Rotary-Cut Quilts.” This quilt was exhibited in the Great Alaska Quilts show in 1987. Quilt was started 3/9/1986 and finished 9/8/1987.
